Arelia Taveras

Taveras decided to try to solve this terrible situation by suing the seven largest gambling venues in Atlantic City. She claimed that the casinos were doing everything they could to keep her spending money and wanted to get $20 million in monetary compensation for their manipulative actions. However, the court ruled that these establishments did not violate any regulations and were not responsible for Arelia’s compulsive gambling.
