Please tell us more about your Moneygrator solution. How long has it been on the market?

We developed and launched Moneygrator in 2018, when it became clear that the comprehensive solution for online casinos that we aimed for requires a quick and easy way to integrate payment methods suitable for every particular market of operation.

Moneygrator is a solution that aggregates over 150 payment options for every request, including more than 150 currencies and 100 cryptocurrencies from 30+ payment providers. Integrating right payment options is crucial for player acquisition because the audience of every specific country has its own habits, legal rules, and financial opportunities, and our task is to provide them with a way to deposit and withdraw safely.

We also offer a back office with statistics and transaction history for easy tracking. Another feature that stands out is seamless switching between payment processors in case of transaction failure.

How does the integration process work, either directly with you or with the payment provider?

The main advantage of working with us is simplicity. Slotegrator is a developer and aggregator, in the case of Monegrator it’s one session of integration for all systems.

Basically, operators sign one contract with us avoiding paperwork and a bunch of contracts with every provider. This contract is followed by a single integration session — on the operator’s side it’s a quick process. All payment methods and currencies are available after integration, and the only thing that an operator needs to decide is which methods are the most popular or allowed in the market of operation.

The process is simple: operators fill the form describing their request, signs an agreement, gets a demo version to test the solution, then Moneygrator is integrated into the platform.

What can you tell us about the gaining more and more popularity – Open banking solution? 

Open banking is becoming a new trend because it can be used as a tool for responsible gambling, which is one of the main focuses in iGaming. The industry promotes player protection and measures of detecting and exclusion of vulnerable groups, and financial history of potential users is among the most important aspects of verification.
