Q: What’s the story behind Media 24?

It started with a personal dream. For over a decade, I’ve honed my skills in iGaming SEO, working for companies similar to Media 24. I had plenty of success there, as well as I always loved the blend of technology and creativity involved. I’ve been granted shares in the last company I worked for as an employee. So when the moment felt right, I realized it was time to stop dreaming and start building.

I sold the shares, and used that money to start Media 24 together with my partner — a content expert with over a dozen years of experience in iGaming. Being die-hard sports fans, we had a vision to become the next-generation sports media network one day. Every move we make brings us closer.


Q: What results has Media 24 achieved in these years?

Three years ago, we were just getting started. Today, we’re a whole new force — stronger, smarter, and bolder. We’ve made it from a startup to a trusted name in the affiliate marketing industry with over 300 partner brands represented on our websites. If we’d look at the growth numbers today and compare them to what we had just a couple years ago — it would be hardly believable. But that’s not some sort of magic. This is an industry where you have to have a strategy, stick and commit to it, and then show up every given day. Today, we operate over 50 websites in 90 geographies. And we keep growing.

Internally, we’ve experienced significant growth as well. What started as a small, dedicated team has now expanded to 40 employees based in two offices. Our hiring strategy is finding employees who are hungry for achievements and are very success-oriented.

Another thing that deserves a mention are strong connections we’ve been able to build along the way. It would be a cliche to say that trust and transparency are very important. But they really are. Instead of trying to get everything from the go, we’ve been building our reputation as a reliable partner. So each of them knows what we’re capable of. And as we continue to grow, our focus on the long-term goals remains.


Q: What are the biggest challenges in the iGaming affiliate marketing industry today?

For those of us living in the continuous affiliate marketing grind, the challenges we face daily are pretty clear. The space is constantly evolving with new regulatory changes coming now and then, as well as the affiliate marketing space becoming increasingly more saturated every year. Maintaining a competitive edge might be tricky.

Google’s updates have hit affiliates hard, especially those who depend heavily on organic traffic to drive their business. But that was always part of the SEO game. Algorithm updates and policy changes can disrupt strategies overnight, making it harder to maintain consistent traffic and ranking. So you have to stay agile at all times.


Q: What are the key strengths of Media 24, in your opinion?

Being able to stay flexible and continuously evolve is a defining strength that keeps us competitive. The world is accelerating. So to stay competitive we have to move faster, think quicker, and act smarter. For some that may sound a bit too much. For us it’s the actual environment that we thrive in — always adjusting, always exploring new ways to solve the puzzle, and learning something new every day. Media 24 has a very experienced and passionate team that shares the same DNA.

Another key strength is our tech-driven approach. In a world where data is everywhere, the real power lies in the ability to uncover valuable patterns within it. By blending technology with the art of data interpretation, we make it easier to navigate within the challenges. And to be a navigator for our partners.

Finally, what truly defines us is our commitment to transparency and establishing relationships built for the long haul. It’s one of the key components of everything we do. We were advocates of this approach from day one, and that helped us a ton in creating plenty of mutually beneficial relationships that evolved and only became stronger over time.


Q: How do you leverage data to craft your strategies and deliver impactful results for your clients?

We are data nerds at our core. So we pay a lot of attention to numbers both in improving the internal processes, as well as exploring the markets we are at. Our in-house data analysts dig deep into every corner of our operations, offering insights that shape everything from strategy to execution.

With that we’re equipped with necessary tools for optimizing content, diving deep into player behavior, conducting research, and identifying growth opportunities. By using data as our compass, we stay agile and keep refining our methods, ensuring we never lose sight of our objectives while staying adaptable to change.


Q: What’s next for Media 24, where do you see the company in five years?

Media 24 in the next five years is a company that is strongly committed to our vision and core values. Ambitious, curious and focused on our goal of becoming the next generation sports media network. I can already see us breaking through, sitting alongside the biggest players in the industry.

The next five years are about growth and innovation. Both in technology, our media portfolio, and brand awareness. We are looking into the future with eyes wide open, always ready for a new challenge. We’re adventurers. But we’re not just following the path — we’re creating new routes for ourselves and our partners. Every step of this journey has been a thrill, and I’m beyond proud of the direction we’re taking.
