The measure includes a ban on the use of PIN-UP products and brand in the country, which will take effect from 11 October. The decision comes against the backdrop of regulatory changes in the Brazilian iGaming market.
PIN-UP Global intends to cooperate with a local licensed partner as part of its strategy to strengthen its position in the B2B segment and expand its partner network.
Previously, the holding company announced the suspension of operations in Peru pending receipt of a local licence. The use of products and brand in this jurisdiction remains prohibited.
Earlier PIN-UP Global announced about the brand withdrawal from Peru before obtaining a license there. As of today, the use of PIN-UP brand and products in the region is prohibited.
