Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu shortlisted across betting categories, reinforcing customer experience-focused strategy
The three brands operated by Esportes Gaming Brasil (EGB) have all been shortlisted for the Reclame Aqui Awards 2026, one of Brazil’s leading awards recognising excellence in corporate reputation and customer relationships.
It marks the first time that Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu have all been nominated simultaneously, highlighting the group’s continued investment in customer service, user experience and building long-term consumer trust.
Esportes da Sorte has been shortlisted in the Ultra Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category, while Onabet and Lottu are competing in the Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category.
The nominations come as the EGB Group continues to strengthen its customer relationship operations through ongoing investment in customer service processes, technology integration, employee training and the continuous enhancement of the user journey across all three brands.

In previous years, these efforts resulted in simultaneous nominations for Esportes da Sorte and Onabet. As a result of this ongoing strategy, the Group has reduced its average response time for human customer support from 30 minutes to just two minutes, while maintaining a strong focus on resolving customer issues quickly and delivering a high-quality user experience.
Widely regarded as one of Brazil’s most prestigious awards for corporate reputation and customer service, the Reclame Aqui Awards are determined directly by consumer voting. Public voting for the 2026 edition will take place between 2 September and 5 November.
The simultaneous nominations for Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu further demonstrate the consistency of the customer relationship strategy adopted by Esportes Gaming Brasil and represent another significant milestone in the group’s history with the awards.
