How does Zillion Games collaborate with partners to enter new markets or launch new products?
At Zillion, we see our partners as an extension of our team. When we enter new markets or launch something new, it’s all about working together. We listen to their insights on player preferences and local trends, then we blend that with our expertise to make sure the games are a great fit. It’s a true team effort, and that’s how we keep things fresh and engaging for players while expanding our reach.
Can you describe a recent collaboration that was particularly successful?
One fresh collaboration we’re really excited about is still in development. We’re working closely with a key casino operator to create a game that’s tailor-made for their players. The process so far has been incredible – We’ve been brainstorming and adjusting the design to make sure the game is perfect for their audience. We’re really confident it’s going to be a hit once it’s released, and it’s been great working with a partner who shares our vision for something fresh and unique.
How do you balance risk and opportunity when entering into new agreements with aggregators or casinos?
It’s all about smart decision-making. Before jumping in, we do a deep dive into the partner’s reputation, the market they operate in, and how well we think our games will resonate with their players. At the same time, we’re not afraid to take calculated risks if we see long-term potential. It’s really about finding that sweet spot where the partnership feels like a solid win for both sides.
How do you identify new opportunities for partnerships with aggregators, casinos, or other key iGaming companies?
We combine staying active in the industry with a major use of analytics. Attending events and building relationships is one part, but we also rely on data to make our decisions. We analyze market trends, the performance of different partnerships, and potential growth areas. By looking at the statistics, we can spot opportunities and areas where we can really make a difference. And of course, feedback from current partners, helps us to stay relevant and head of the competition.
What are your plans for the SBC Summit at Lisbon? Maybe you will present a new product or new partnership?
We’re always working on something exciting behind the scenes! Right now, one of the many things we’re developing is a tournament tool that adds a whole new layer of competition and fun for players. It’s super flexible, so it can be adapted to different casinos and their needs. This tool not only keeps players engaged but also gives our partners something fresh to offer their players. We’re really excited about where it’s heading!
