What role does teamwork and collaboration play in the success of ATMOSFERA’s game development projects?

We’re getting close to hitting the goals we set for ATMOSFERA when we started out. A big part of this success is thanks to the team, most of whom have been with us since day one. The team is ATMOSFERA, and ATMOSFERA is the team.

What strategies does ATMOSFERA employ to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving gambling game market?

We have a few rules. First, always stay focused. At the beginning of our journey, we sometimes lost our way. Second, no matter how tough it gets, stick to our product design style—pay attention to every pixel.

How does ATMOSFERA approach talent acquisition and team building to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce?

In our company, we’ve got a clear picture of what the perfect candidate looks like, no matter the job. Our HR team totally gets it. We often get resumes from people who want to join us. Recently, a fantastic product manager came on board, showed initiative, and proved their worth. Having our own HR department is a huge plus in hiring since they know everyone and all the processes, so they can easily check candidates’ soft skills.

Adapting to a new job is super important, but some companies overlook it. Our adaptation process has three stages, focused on working individually with new hires based on their unique traits and preferences. Team leaders are very much involved too.

We’re all about boosting both the soft and hard skills of our team. We stay on top of this by paying for external training and our HR director actively helps improve their soft skills.

Our company culture is all about understanding that people are the key because they drive the business. We’ve created a really comfy and flexible work environment. There are no strict start times, and you can take time off if needed and make up for it later. Plus, we give three fully paid days off per year for any reason – sometimes you just need a break, and that’s okay.

Our chief HR officer is always available, even on weekends if needed. They handle both professional and personal issues if it affects someone’s motivation or mood.

It’s this all-around love and care that have helped us create the awesome atmosphere we have today.

What is the corporate culture like at ATMOSFERA, and how does it contribute to the company’s success?

From day one, our company culture has always been about treating each other with care. It’s hard to put these principles into a set of rules, but they come through clearly on an empathetic level every day. As our team grows, I see the need to make our culture more defined and documented. But the essence will always be the same – being a genuine person in every situation, at every moment. This is my principle in and out of ATMOSFERA. It’s my way of life, and it helps me be true to myself while fostering this spirit in the project. This attitude is like the glue that holds our team together, helping us handle different situations with dignity. It’s important to recognize that everyone on the ATMOSFERA team has room to grow. The main thing is to be aware of this and see the progress. I believe the potential and skill in this journey are limitless.

Looking forward, what are ATMOSFERA’s objectives and aspirations for the future of the company and its gaming offerings?

This year, we’re excited to drop some awesome new products. We’ve got a bonus buy feature in blackjack with fantastic, product-specific odds, and a new game packed with tons of bonus crash elements.

I think when you really put your heart into your work, the daily grind pays you back with inspiration. That’s where we get ours. We love working on ATMOSFERA, and we’re finally at a point where we can work on not just our classic portfolio but also some unique and standout stuff.
